Ingredients
  1. Russet Potatoes 6
  2. Butter 1/2 stick
  3. Sour Cream 1/2 cup
  4. Scallions 1 bunch, diced
Instructions
  1. Cut potatoes into pieces about half-inch pieces and place in Vac-Snap bag with butter
  2. Set Smart Hub to 194ºF and lower bag into water-bath—cook for 1.5 hours
  3. Remove bag and placing a dish towel over it to protect your hands from the heat, mash the potatoes with you palms
  4. Once mashed, empty bag into a mixing bowl and stir in sour cream and diced scallions, mix until the desired consistency is achieved, add salt to taste
