Ingredients
  1. Chicken Breast 4 each
  2. (Skin on or Off)
  3. Salt and Pepper As Desired 1/8oz (1tsp)
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the water bath to 165F.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper as desired. Place in to a Vac Snap Bag in a single layer and seal. Place in the Frisper and remove the air.
  3. Cook the chicken breast for 1-2 hours depending on thickness.
  4. Serve immediately or sear the skin side quickly prior to serving. Alternatively chill the bag in ice water and store refrigerated to use cold or re-het in the water bath or in the pan/broiler/grill.
