    My New mini Oliso iron does not steam. I bought 4 of them for friends and myself for a quilt retreat. One will not steam at all, 1 steamed for awhile and one steams as needed. How do I get a replacement.

    Does it have an auto turn off function?
    Hello Helen, thank you for reaching Oliso customer service, we are sorry the M2 pro does not comes with auto shut off feature, however the m3 pro comes with dual auto shut off mode. It has auto shut off in vertial mode which is 30 mins and in horizental mode its 10 mins. I hope this answers your questions?
